Mr. Choi was the founding partner
of East Gate Capital Management. Mr. Choi focuses his investment
activity in the Internet, Fabless Semiconductor and Wireless
sectors. He serves in board of director roles at 3cim, GCT,
Intematix, Xalted and
YesVideo. Prior to East Gate, he was a portfolio manager of
publicly traded securities at Pacific Gemini Partners and Sit/Kim
International Investment Associates, Inc. Mr. Choi was responsible
for asset allocation analysis, researching internationally listed
securities, trading and preparing performance analyses for
over $800m in global equity and fixed income funds. Mr. Choi
started his investment career at Citibank, N.A. in both the
New York and Seoul offices. Mr. Choi completed an MBA from the
New York University Stern School of Business, has a Master's
degree in Engineering Management from Stanford University and
a B.S. in Engineering from Seoul National University. |

Dr. Kao specializes in Semiconductor
and Communications sectors, both wired
and wireless. In addition to his duties at East Gate, Dr. Kao
is the President of Monitor Capital, Inc. Dr. Kao oversees a
portfolio that is highly concentrated
in the technology and energy sectors. Prior to his work as a
portfolio manager,
Dr. Kao was a senior advisor to the chairman of Hambrecht &
Quist Asia Pacific, where he oversaw private equity investments
of over $150 million in Pacific Rim countries. Dr. Kao received
his Ph.D. in Physics from Carnegie Mellon University
and his B.Sc., also in Physics, from National Taiwan University. |

Mr. Lau specializes in the Business
Software sector and has extensive experience
in both the investment and operational aspects of the sector.
Prior to East Gate,
Mr. Lau was Executive Vice President of SAP Ventures where he
invested in thirty companies that returned over four times the
capital invested. Mr. Lau has also served in managerial capacities
at SAP, Oracle, Sun Microsystems and Andersen Consulting. Mr.
Lau has a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University. |

Yasuhisa "Jack" Umezu
joined JAIC Japan in 2000 and was appointed to lead
JAIC America in March 2001. From 1984 to 2000, he was in charge
of
infrastructure project development for ITOCHU Corporation. Mr.
Umezu
has expertise in business development, project financing and
equity investment.
In addition, his record includes an assignment in London from
1996 to 1999 with ITOCHU Europe PLC as Manager of Global Alliances
with European Companies.
He has a B.S. in engineering from Kyoto University.

| Mr. Triant's investing
interest are: Software, infrastructure, digital media,
internet services and "where IT meets everyday
life." He enjoys guiding entrepreneurial teams and is an
active advisor and board member. Thanos has extensive
operating experiences in online products and services, content
management, distribution, IT management and operations. During
his career he managed large software teams, developed
financial data products, and led corporate strategy and
M&A. Thanos received BS and MS degrees in EE and Computer
Sciences from Columbia University and has held management
positions with: AltoTech Ventures, Times Mirror, Sun Microsystems, Standard
and Poors and McGraw-Hill. |

Mr. Brant joined East Gate in
2000 and is responsible for fund operations.
He serves in Board roles at Fidelica Microsystems and InSound
Medical.
Mr. Brant specializes in the Digital Media and Medical Device
sectors. Mr. Brant has an M.S. in Natural Resource Economics
from the University of California at Berkeley and a B.S. in
Economics from Montana State University.
